Reception hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 6:00pm and Friday’s between 8:30am and 3:00pm.

We are closed for lunch between12:30pm and 1:30pm.

Please note that we are not a crisis service and can only respond to calls, messages and emails during reception hours.

Our phone does get busy, particularly during the mornings. If we do not answer, please always leave a clear message on our answering machine, with your name and number, so we know that you called. We will get back to you as soon as we can. You can also send us an email.
